BMS Service Engineer - Yorkshire

Salary: Up to £55,000 (negotiable) Benefits: Company car or car allowance | Private healthcare | Life assurance | 25 days holiday Location: Yorkshire - regional travel required not national Hours: 40 hours per week (some out-of-hours work may be required) Start Date: Immediate

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established building services company that is looking to add a skilled BMS Service Engineer to its team covering the Yorkshire region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer with a background in Trend or Tridium systems to step into a key service and maintenance role.

Role Overview

Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on BMS systems (Trend, Tridium, etc.)

Diagnosing and rectifying faults across commercial and industrial sites

Software updates, controller reconfigurations, and strategy adjustments

Monitoring and improving energy performance through BMS analytics

Reactive maintenance and emergency callouts

BMS hardware and panel modifications as systems evolve

Producing clear service and fault reports

Liaising with clients and site teams to ensure effective communication

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in BMS service and maintenance

Strong knowledge of Trend and/or Tridium systems

Valid CSCS/ECS site card

Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)

Excellent communication and attention to detail

A collaborative mindset and professional attitude

Full UK Driving Licence required
