Job summary

CBSbutler Holdings Limited trading as CBSbutler is recruiting for a field-based BMS engineer to service, fault-find, and commission BMS systems across Greater London. You will visit multiple sites on a routine basis and work on modern, technically advanced buildings.

The role offers training on additional BMS platforms and requires strong autonomy, a full UK driving licence, and the willingness to travel across London. A 6-month initial contract with a strong extension potential is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with BMS systems such as Trend, Tridium or Siemens.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload.

Location: London – travel across Greater London required

The Role

Service, maintenance, fault-finding and commissioning of BMS systems

Attending multiple sites across Greater London

Working on a range of modern, technically advanced buildings

Opportunity to receive training on additional BMS platforms

Field-based position requiring strong autonomy and organisation

What We're Looking For

Proven experience working with BMS systems (Trend, Tridium, Siemens or similar)

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability

Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload

Background in commercial and/or industrial environments

Full UK driving licence

Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
