Job summary

CBSbutler is seeking a field-based BMS technician to service, maintain and commission BMS systems across Greater London. The role involves visiting multiple sites and working autonomously on modern, technically advanced buildings.

The contract starts with a 6-month term, with a strong likelihood of extension, and offers a day rate up to £380 outside IR35. London travel across Greater London is required, with a supportive, professional working environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with BMS systems (Trend, Tridium, Siemens or similar).
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability.
• Comfortable working independently and managing workload.
• Full UK driving licence.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience working with BMS systems (Trend, Tridium, Siemens or similar)
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload
• Background in commercial and/or industrial environments
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
