BMS Service Engineer

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

Location: London

Responsibilities
  • Service and maintain a range of control systems (Tridium, Distech, Schneider, Delta, Centraline).
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive tasks, and small-scale projects.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client requests.
  • Conduct system checks and diagnostics to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with engineers and contractors to deliver projects efficiently.
  • Keep accurate records of all maintenance and service activities.
  • Participate in training and remain up to date with industry standards and developments.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a BMS Service Engineer.
  • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with at least two of the following systems: Tridium, Distech, Schneider, Delta, Centraline.
  • Skilled in diagnosing and repairing complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capable of working independently as well as within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to participate in the on-call rota.
