Job summary

Team Resourcing is seeking an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer for a 4–6 month contract in London or Hertfordshire. You will commission BMS systems, with Tridium, Trend or Siemens platforms, and may take on lead commissioning responsibilities depending on experience.

The role offers a fantastic daily rate (£300–£360) with weekly pay and Outside IR35 status, and potential for future contracts on similar projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in commissioning Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Qualified with Tridium, Trend or Siemens control systems.
• CSCS Skill Card or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to BMS commissioning on projects in London or Hertfordshire.
• Ensure adherence to safety and site standards during commissioning.

BMS Commissioning Engineer, Tridium, Trend or Siemens

Immediate start, 4‑6 month contract (possibility for extension). Contract value: £300‑£360 per day.

Our client requires an accomplished BMS Commissioning Engineer with Tridium, Trend or Siemens Building Management Controls experience to join their team on a project in London or a site in Hertfordshire. This contract is for 4‑6 months, with the possibility of extension. The role may also be Lead Commissioning Engineer if you have the required experience, with a correspondingly higher rate.

Key skills required:

• Experienced in the commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Qualified and experienced with Tridium, Trend, or Siemens control systems
• CSCS Skill Card or equivalent required
