What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage and oversee the entire sales lifecycle-from opportunity identification through to project completion.

  • Take ownership of the commercial and financial aspects of projects during the sales phase.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.

  • Represent our suite of BMS solutions with enthusiasm, credibility, and a deep understanding of their benefits.



What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in BMS sales, ideally with customer-facing responsibilities.

  • Familiarity with Trend, Siemens, Schneider Electric, or Tridium systems.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.

  • Confident communicator and collaborative team player.

  • Financially and commercially astute, with the ability to solve problems and make decisions.

  • Organised, flexible, and able to perform under pressure while meeting deadlines.
