Key responsibilities:

  • Drive project sales with new and existing clients across London and the Southeast
  • Prepare accurate quotations, estimates, and bids using in-house software (training provided)
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand requirements
  • Review and interpret technical specifications and drawings to support proposals

What you'll bring:

  • 4-5 years' experience in the BMS sector
  • Strong understanding of BMS systems, controls solutions, and project delivery
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Knowledge of smart building technologies/IoT (advantageous)
