The role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented BMS Project Coordinator to join our End User Projects & Major Projects Team. As the backbone of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative processes and procedures that keep our projects running efficiently from inception to completion.

You will
  1. Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining project documentation.
  2. Optimise processes by streamlining project workflows and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  3. Provide team support, serving as the key administrative contact for the End User Projects & Major Projects team.
  4. Facilitate communication within the team and with external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  5. Solve problems proactively, addressing challenges and identifying solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
You Have:
  1. Proven experience in office administration or project coordination, preferably in the Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) or construction industry.
  2. Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
