Crucial People is supporting a well-established BMS contractor delivering complex, multi-system projects across Central London and the South East. You will manage projects with in-house ownership, strong technical support, and end-to-end control.

The BMS Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle from sales handover and design coordination through installation, commissioning and final client handover, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle from sales handover and design coordination through to installation, commissioning and final client handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical and quality standards.
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants and end users to integrate BMS with wider ELVS packages.
