Qualifications

As part of our growth plans, we are looking to expand our BMS Projects team and require a BMS Project Manager to work across South West England and Wales. We seek exceptional individuals who can bring big ideas, new skills, and innovative thinking to help us build a more sustainable world for you, your family, and your community.

You will

  • Schedule, plan, forecast, and manage all technical activities from project conception to completion across multiple projects in sectors including Commercial, Data Centres, and Healthcare.
  • Perform job start-up, checkout, and troubleshooting for systems and service-installed jobs.
  • Perform all tasks under the supervision of the Business Manager.
  • Provide full financial statistics on all projects assigned to you.

You have

  • Extensive experience as a Project Manager or Project Engineer within the BMS & Controls industries, with technical understanding of Siemens, Trend, or Tridium systems.
  • A proven track record of successful project management, delivering objectives on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills to maintain strong relationships with team members and customers.
  • Experience managing and motivating people, setting objectives, and inspiring success.
  • A driving license is required due to travel to sites.
