Job summary

Londinium Recruitment is seeking a BMS Project Manager for a London-based engineering contractor. You will own projects from handover to completion, delivering high-value BMS deployments in critical infrastructure and data centres.

Responsibilities include managing £2m-£4m+ projects, leading programmes, coordinating teams, and ensuring HSE compliance. Requires 5+ years PM experience and knowledge of Trend/Tridium/Metasys with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in the construction industry.
• Proven background delivering BMS/Building Controls projects.
• Experience managing projects within data centres or other critical infrastructure.
• Knowledge of BMS platforms such as Trend, Tridium, Metasys or similar OEM systems.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
• SMSTS or SSSTS and First Aid qualification.
• Willing to travel when projects require.

An established and growing engineering contractor is looking to appoint an experienced BMS Project Manager to join its London team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of high-value Building Management System (BMS) projects within critical infrastructure and data centre environments, managing projects from initial handover through to completion.

The Role

• Manage the full project lifecycle from sales handover through to final completion and client handover.
• Deliver multiple BMS projects valued between £2m-£4m+.
• Lead project programmes, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Manage project commercial performance, risk, programme and resource planning.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Chair client meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and environmental requirements.
• Review technical submissions, RFIs and project documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

About You

• Minimum 5 years' Project Management experience within the construction industry.
