BMS Project Manager

Circa £70,000 per annum basic salary, plus car / allowance, bonus, pension, medical etc..

Want to be responsible for technical project management and delivery of high-profile BMS installation and upgrade projects around London?

You may already have formal BMS project management experience or be a senior / lead BMS Engineer with great technical knowledge and seeking to take the next step into a project management role.

The work involves delivering Trend and Tridium BMS installation and upgrade projects to long-term, multi-site customers within the hospitality, healthcare, education, and sports industry. The company is highly conscious of preserving their reputation for high-quality delivery of projects, on time and budget - they only commit to what they can realistically handle, which means that you are not having to constantly rollback on promises made by the sales team (sound familiar?).

The company has ambitions to grow their BEMS division (which is just one part of the business that complements the facilities, fire, and security systems management systems divisions). Over the next 5 years, they are planning to grow the team from 10 to 25/30 and increase turnover of this business unit from £2m to £4m+. There will be great opportunities for career progression, including stepping up into a BMS Division Management role or growing the BMS Project Management team.

The company has a brand-new office in Surrey with onsite training facilities (for internal staff and customer use), and a customer base concentrated within the M25. The BMS Project Manager can expect to split their time between office, customer site, and home-based working.
