Job Title: BMS Project Manager
Location: Reading (Site-Based)
Contract Length: 24 Months
Start Date: May/June 2025
Working Pattern: Full-Time, On-Site

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager for a long-term contract opportunity based full-time on site in Reading. This is a two-year contract on a large-scale project, where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the BMS installation and commissioning process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of BMS projects, from initial planning through to handover

• Liaising with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery

• Coordinating site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification

• Monitoring project progress, budgets, and timelines

• Managing documentation, reporting, and quality control processes

• Supporting and guiding technical teams on-site where necessary

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering BMS or M&E projects from start to completion

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

• CSCS or ECS card essential; SSSTS card preferred

• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of site activities

• Must be available to work full-time on site in Reading
