Location: South East
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000
Job Type: Permanent / Full-Time
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager with 5+ years in installing, commissioning, and servicing Tridium, Distech, and Automated Logic systems. You'll lead smart building projects, ensuring seamless integration of HVAC, lighting, and energy management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end BMS projects - from planning to handover.
- Oversee installation & commissioning of BMS controllers and field devices.
- Configure and program Niagara, EC-Net, and WebCTRL systems.
- Ensure BMS integration with third-party systems (BACnet, Modbus, LON).
- Troubleshoot, optimise, and maintain BMS performance.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and engineers to meet project goals.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years' experience in BMS project management
- BMS Expertise - Tridium Niagara 4, Distech EC-Net, Automated Logic WebCTRL
- Technical Knowledge - HVAC, control panels, M&E, automation logic
- Networking Protocols - BACnet, Modbus, LONworks
- Project Management - Budgeting, scheduling, team coordination
- Qualifications - BMS certifications (Niagara/Distech/Automated Logic), CSCS/ECS, SMSTS (preferred)
