Job summary

A leading company in building services is seeking a project manager in Reigate. The role involves managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery within budget and timeline, and requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in BEMS service or commissioning. Responsibilities

• Manage, design and engineer concurrent projects.
• Ensure delivery of all projects in time and within budget.
• Identify opportunities for post completion support contracts.
• Produce and submit technical submittals including descriptions of operation and schedules.
• Develop and agree project plans with customers.
• Day to day coordination of resources.
• Coordinate and communicate project Health & Safety and prepare and review H & S documentation.
• P & L responsibility for assigned projects.

Candidates will have a BMS background and experience of Trend/Tridium, system integration and common protocols (Modbus, Bacnet, MBus)

Experience of Distech software and hardware desirable.
