A great opportunity for a BMS & HVAC Commissioning Engineer has arisen to join a growing, leading building management company. This is a great opportunity as full training can be given to the right candidate.

Job Description:

1. Commissioning BMS systems:
   1. Checking of all field items such as sensors and actuators associated with a project.
   2. Checking all control panel components.
   3. Installation of site-specific software.
   4. Detail checking of the system control software, controller and IO interfaces.
   5. Detailed checking of the site-specific user interface graphics.
   6. Completion of site commissioning reports.
2. Working with HVAC equipment:
   1. Interfacing with 3rd party equipment via communication gateways.
   2. Setting up of smart metering.
   3. Set up and testing of Lora WAN wireless devices.
   4. Attending site calls to investigate and rectify site specific control faults.
   5. Completion of site callout reports and field quotations.
   6. Carry out control panel modifications on new control panels.
   7. Carry out control system upgrades to existing control panels.
   8. Carrying out PPM maintenance visits.
   9. Completing service reports and field quotes.
3. Training to be provided in areas required on system engineering, applications, graphics and panel modifications.

Systems but not limited to require working with:

• Siemens
• Tridium
• Easy I/O
• Distech

Additional Details:

• National coverage with possibility of short stay away works on occasions.
• Place of work: From your home address to sites as dictated by the company.
• Salary: £30,000 - 45,000 per year - dependant on experience.
• Hours of work: 40 hours per week.
