Job summary

Honeywell in London is seeking a BMS Service Engineer to install, commission and service Honeywell BMS controllers and field control systems across customer sites. The role is field-based with travel.

You will support planned preventative maintenance, respond to reactive calls, and contribute to energy-saving initiatives while building strong relationships with clients and delivering reliable building automation services.

Qualifications

• Experience with BMS systems and HVAC operations.
• Protocols: BACnet, M-Bus and Modbus.
• Health and safety awareness and risk assessments.
• Ability to fault find quickly to resolve reactive works.
• Strong written and verbal communication to report and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and interrogate Honeywell BMS controllers & field control systems.
• Carry out commissioning of small automation and controls projects.
• Modify and interrogate BMS software programs, strategies and systems.
• Monitor and modify energy-saving measures across building services.
• Develop and maintain excellent customer relations with clients across sites.
