Job summary

Vertu Motors is seeking a highly organised Purchasing Coordinator to join the Head Office Purchasing team in Gateshead. You will support the rollout of BMS optimisation, monitor energy savings and ROI, and help maximise efficiency across the dealership network.

You will also assist the EV charging helpdesk, coordinate with suppliers, track availability and issue resolution, and contribute to supplier performance and cost-saving projects across the Group.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rollout and performance of BMS optimisation systems
• Monitor energy savings and ROI; manage deployment schedules
• Support EV charging helpdesk; liaise with suppliers and maintenance providers
• Support supplier management, contract administration and commercial reviews
• Produce reports on energy savings, BMS performance and EV charging operations
