The Opportunity: A leading FM service provider is seeking an experienced BMS Engineering Manager to oversee and manage Building Management Systems at a large, high-profile commercial building in Canary Wharf. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of critical building systems and ensure operational excellence across the site.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of BMS engineers, ensuring efficiency, development, and performance.
  • Oversee operation, maintenance, and optimisation of all BMS systems across the site.
  • Manage subcontractors, service providers, and vendors to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Proactively monitor systems, identify issues, and implement improvements.
  • Produce reports and updates for senior stakeholders.
