Benjamin & Associates Ltd in Central London is seeking a BMS Engineer to support service contracts and small works across a range of commercial sites.
You will undertake BMS maintenance, system modifications, quoting small works, and commissioning, with training and progression on Trend, Tridium, Cylon or Delta platforms.
The role offers a competitive package with a base salary (£35,000–£50,000), paid bonus, car or car allowance, 25 days holiday and a pension scheme.
My client is a well known BMS specialist, they're expanding on their BMS service & small works offering. They require BMS Engineer's to support new and existing service contracts within Central London.
The BMS Maintenance Manager is looking for the BMS Engineer to hit the ground running with BMS service & maintenance duties as a minimum, Trend, Tridium, Cylon or Delta experience would all be considered. Provided the BMS Engineer has experiences with quoting small works, completing modifications (BMS software & graphics), BMS small work commissioning and client management skills they could expect the higher end of the package.
As the BMS Engineer you can expect to work in Central London mainly with very occasional coverage around the M25, the BMS specialist has a broad range of commercial customer sites which have a mixture of products such as Trend (Primary), Tridium (Primary), Cylon & Delta. My client offer training periodically, product training would depend on the sites you cover and agreed development plans.
The BMS Engineer will be paid a basic of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on skill set & BMS product experience + paid bonus + car or car allowance + 25 days holiday + pension & more.
The BMS Engineer can expect to work within an established team that is managed & supported well, work within a regionalised area with no extensive travel, product training & be paid a basic salary that reflects your experience & skill set.
