Job summary

Benjamin & Associates Ltd is seeking a Mobile BMS Engineer to cover London & M25. You will service, fault-find, upgrade and carry out small installs on Trend, Tridium, Delta or ALC controlled systems across offices, schools, universities, hotels and other sites.

The role requires the ability to work independently with PPMs and fault-finding, in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment. The package includes a £45k‑£55k salary, car or allowance (£6k), pension, private health, tools, laptop and

• Experience maintaining and servicing BMS systems.
• Ability to fault-find and resolve issues on site.
• Capable of handling small installs and upgrades independently.

Responsibilities

• Service BMS systems across multiple sites in London & M25.
• Carry out fault finding, maintenance and minor upgrades.
• Manage PPMs and small project work in varied environments.

Mobile BMS Engineer - London & M25

The BMS client I'm supporting are recruiting for their BMS service department, they have a healthy portfolio of clients in the London & M25 areas and are keen to speak with BMS Engineers who are capable of completing BMS services, breakdowns, upgrades & small installs independently.

The BMS Engineer will be working in various environments including office builds, schools, universities, hotels & more. BMS product experience required for this opportunity would be atleast one of the following; Trend, Tridium, Delta or ALC.

The BMS Engineer will be comfortable & experienced with BMS PPM, fault finding and small work projects that you would carry out individually. Their service department is very established, organised and well supported.

- £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

The BMS Engineer will be joining a friendly & supportive team, the BMS service department manager comes from a BMS engineering background so has a strong understanding of what's important to BMS Engineers. He is also readily available to discuss technical queries and individual progression paths if that interested you.
