Job description

Our client is currently recruiting for an engineer with experience of the Heating Ventilating and Air conditioning controls market within commercial/industrial buildings.

Responsibilities
  • HVAC Controls with speciality in Trend BMS systems (conversant with writing software using SET etc. TCP/IP - BACNET / Modbus communications).
  • Able to use drawing package AutoCAD with electrical designer module.
  • Experience of Trend, Honeywell software, etc.
  • PC literate with skills in Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Have project skills — able to handle the financial aspect, responsible for the profit and loss of each project.
  • Able to communicate and work within a team and communicate to all peers.
  • Qualifications and experience as necessary.

Additional skills (advantageous but not required)
  • Electrical knowledge of 400V Systems – 3 phase 400V motors / 1 phase motors, different motor starting techniques (DOL, ASD, Frequency Inverter control).
  • Able to design motor control centres / control panels Form 2 - Form 4 to IEC Part 1 standards.
