Job summary

Calibre Search is seeking a skilled BMS Electrician to deliver electrical installations across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and cleanroom environments in the North East region. You will install containment, control wiring and BMS panels, enabling building services to monitor and control systems.

With a minimum of three years’ electrical experience and NVQ Level 3, you will work on diverse projects, potentially advancing to supervisory duties while maintaining high safety and quality

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' electrical experience.
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations.
• Experience with BMS electrical systems.
• UK driving licence.
• Ability to work as part of a site-based team.
• Health and safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installation work for building management systems (BMS).
• Install cable containment: tray, trunking, conduit, supports.
• Run, terminate and connect control cables per specs.
• Install BMS control panels and electrical infrastructure.
• Perform control wiring around HVAC equipment and plantrooms.
• Work from drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Ensure installations meet safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other electrical, mechanical and controls personnel.
