Job summary

Rullion Managed Services is seeking a BMS Design Engineer for a 12-month contract in London, offering hybrid working patterns. You will design and specify building management systems, developing scope from initial requirements to handover, and coordinating with suppliers.

Candidates should have strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical building systems, BMS architecture, and experience with PLCs, graphics, and software configuration. Security clearance may be required for certain projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum HNC qualification in relevant discipline.
• Experience in control and automation of building systems.
• Willing to work in office and construction site environments.
• Ability to lead a small team of engineers (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Develop full BMS design from initial scope to handover.
• Configure hardware/software and graphics for BMS.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and subcontractors.
• Perform site surveys around live plant and equipment.
• Prepare installation and commissioning scope.
