Aufgaben

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance, commissioning of small works and reactive call outs on BMS systems.
• Supervise junior engineers on site and share technical knowledge with the team.
• Produce site reports, maintain back-ups and update server data regularly.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure H&S compliance on all sites.
• Create and maintain method statements, risk assessments and O&M docs.
• Liaise with clients, maintain strong relationships and provide daily updates to managers.
