Benjamin & Associates Ltd seeks a BMS Commissioning Engineer to cover the West Midlands. You will commission on end-user projects, survey and quote for new works, and oversee handover on selected projects while potentially modifying BMS graphics and software.

An electrical bias and safety certification are essential, with the opportunity to write software from scratch being desirable. The package includes £45,000–£60,000 base, car or car allowance, pension, healthcare, overtime opportunities,

• Carry out commissioning duties on end user projects as assigned.
• Survey and quote for new works and extensions.
• Take responsibility for commissioning and handover on selected projects.
• Understand modifications on BMS graphics and software; creating is a plus.
• Willingness to write software from scratch is desirable.
• Electrically biased with ability to work safely under electrical certification.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out commissioning duties on end user projects varying in size.
• Surveying & quoting for new works.
• Take responsibility of commissioning and handover on selected projects.
• Understand modifications on BMS graphics & software (creating would be a plus).
• Ability to write software from scratch would be desirable and give autonomy.
• Be electrically biased and able to work safely with certification.
