Job summary
Office Owls Recruitment Limited seeks a skilled BEMS/BMS Commissioning Engineer to join a nationwide facilities team. You will commission, test and hand over BEMS/BMS systems on commercial and industrial sites, carry out I/O and functional testing, and configure controllers.
You will liaise with clients and project teams to ensure smooth turnover. Requirements include 3+ years in BMS commissioning, strong HVAC/controls knowledge, and experience with Siemens, Tridium Niagara or Cylon; a full UK
Qualifications
- 3+ years in BMS commissioning.
- Strong HVAC and controls knowledge.
- Experience with Siemens, Tridium Niagara and/or Cylon.
- Full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Commission and test BEMS/BMS systems from installation through to handover.
- Carry out point-to-point, I/O and functional testing.
- Commission HVAC plant including AHUs, FCUs, boilers, chillers, pumps and VAV systems.
- Configure and fault-find BMS controllers and field devices.
- Work with Siemens, Tridium Niagara and Cylon platforms.
- Work with BACnet, Modbus and other BMS communication protocols.
- Review drawings, points lists and control strategies.
- Complete commissioning documentation and client handovers.
