Job summary
Office Owls Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced BEMS/BMS Commissioning Engineer to commission, test and fault-find complex BMS systems across a range of commercial and industrial sites in the UK. The role involves hands-on testing, validation, and client liaison.
You will work with Siemens, Tridium Niagara and Cylon platforms, configure controllers, and manage handover documentation. A full UK driving licence and adaptable travel are required for nationwide project coverage.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of BMS commissioning experience.
- Strong HVAC and controls knowledge.
- Reading BMS schematics and control drawings.
- Full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Commission and test BEMS/BMS systems from installation through to handover.
- Carry out point-to-point, I/O and functional testing.
- Commission HVAC plant including AHUs, FCUs, boilers, chillers, pumps and VAV systems.
- Configure and fault-find BMS controllers and field devices.
- Liaise with clients, contractors and project teams; review drawings and handovers.
