Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a hands-on BMS Commissioning Engineer to join our growing engineering team delivering intelligent building and controls solutions across Essex, London and regional sites. This is a field-based role covering commissioning, software, controls and HVAC systems.

You will commission BMS control systems, set up controllers and sensors, test HVAC sequences, diagnose issues and support handover with project teams.

Qualifications

Experience with BMS commissioning.
Strong understanding of HVAC controls.
Experience with Trend, Tridium or similar BMS systems.
Ability to interpret control schematics.
Strong fault-finding skills.
Comfortable working independently on site.
Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Commission BMS control systems.
Set up controllers, sensors and field devices.
Test HVAC control sequences.
Modify software and control strategies.
Carry out point-to-point testing.
Diagnose and resolve commissioning issues.
Complete commissioning documentation.
Work closely with project managers and site teams.
Attend customer meetings when required.
Support handover and client training.
