Benjamin & Associates Ltd is seeking a BMS Commissioning Engineer to join their Hertfordshire-based team. The role covers Trend and Tridium projects, with exposure to IQvision or N4, FCUs, pumps, AHUs and control panels.
You will perform commissioning on end-user commercial buildings, modify graphics and software, and there is potential to write software from scratch. Benefits include £50,000-£65,000, car or car allowance, pension and healthcare.
I'm supporting a BMS company with a gleaming reputation within the industry, they have a solid company structure and are keen to add to their BMS project division by recruiting an addtional BMS Commissioning Engineer.
The directors are open to speaking with Trend BMS or Tridium BMS biased engineers with a proven background of BMS project commissioning (small - large end user projects). The successful BMS Commissioning Engineer will have experiences with IQvision and / or N4 (FCU's, pumps, AHU's & Control Panels etc). Product training is on offer provided you have experience with either Trend or Tridium.
The BMS Commissioning Engineer would be expected to carry out BMS commissioning duties on both Trend & Tridium BMS projects, the current project pipeline leans towards Tridium currently. The BMS Commissioning Engineer would be expected to complete commissioning tasks on end user projects (commercial buildings including retail) which would include modifications on graphics & software. The ability to write software from scratch would be desirable and would also give the BMS Commissioning Engineer more autonomy on projects.
