Job description

We are looking for a talented BMS Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and implementing advanced BMS software solutions that meet client needs and enhance energy efficiency. With expertise in platforms like Tridium or Trend, you will integrate and optimize building systems using protocols such as BACnet and Modbus. Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain BMS software solutions to improve energy efficiency.
2. Configure and integrate systems using Tridium, Trend, or equivalent platforms.
3. Develop and troubleshoot communication protocols like BACnet and Modbus for seamless interoperability.
4. Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
5. Provide technical leadership and manage project teams to achieve objectives.
6. Train and support clients and stakeholders in the use of BMS systems.
7. Ensure all work adheres to industry standards and maintain comprehensive documentation.
8. Manage and develop team members.

Qualifications

Required:

1. At least 3 years of experience in BMS software development or integration.
2. Proficiency in Tridium or Trend platforms.
3. Strong knowledge of communication protocols such as BACnet and Modbus.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and inspire teams.

Preferred:

1. Experience with IoT-enabled BMS solutions or advanced analytics integration.
2. Certifications in Tridium Niagara or Trend systems.
3. Familiarity with cloud-based BMS and remote monitoring technologies.
