Clear Engineering Recruitment is recruiting for a BMS Commissioning Engineer based in Birmingham. The role involves commissioning and optimising BMS systems on major projects across the Midlands, with testing, fault finding and system validation.

You will work with project teams to ensure smooth handovers to clients, and travel across the Midlands with occasional UK-wide projects.

Qualifications

• Proven BMS commissioning experience.
• Strong fault-finding skills and HVAC controls knowledge.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.

The Role

• Commission and optimise BMS systems on a range of projects.
• Carry out testing, fault finding and system validation.

• Travel across the Midlands with occasional UK-wide projects.

What We're Looking For

• Proven BMS commissioning experience.
• Knowledge of platforms such as Trend, Tridium/Niagara, Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell or Delta.
• Strong fault-finding skills and HVAC controls knowledge.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
