Location: Glasgow / Central Belt, Scotland
Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 + Car Allowance + Commission
Benefits: 25 days holiday (rising to 27), 7.5%-10% pension, company bonus, private healthcare, competitive sick pay

As Business Development Manager, you’ll take ownership of developing and managing relationships with key clients and prospects across the region. You’ll work closely with internal technical, projects, and service teams to identify opportunities, shape tailored BEMS solutions, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
You’ll be a commercially driven individual with a strong understanding of BEMS, controls, or building automation systems, and a proven ability to develop relationships and close opportunities.
