BMS Area Manager – West Midlands - £60,000


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BMS Regional Manager to oversee the delivery, performance, and strategic development of our Building Management Systems (BMS) operations across the West Midlands. This pivotal role will involve leading a team of engineers, project managers, and support staff, ensuring technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage BMS service, installation, and project delivery teams across the West Midlands region.
  • Ensure operational efficiency, meeting KPIs related to quality, service, and profitability.
  • Act as the regional point of contact for key clients, maintaining strong relationships and handling escalations.
  • Monitor project and service delivery timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on technical innovation and team development.
  • Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to support business growth and tender activities.
  • Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on regional performance and opportunities.


  • Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of BMS systems (e.g., Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell).
