Job Title: BMS Technical Account Manager

Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 Basic + Training + Technical Progression + Pension + Package + Commission

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to join their high-performing team. This role involves acting as the key liaison between the company and its clients, managing relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring solutions align with clients’ performance, sustainability, and operational goals.

This role offers a unique blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and customer engagement, ideal for a BMS professional looking to develop a more strategic, client-focused career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee select key accounts, providing personalized attention and tailored solutions.
  • Deeply understand clients’ objectives for their contracts and buildings, ensuring service alignment.
  • Manage client portfolios through risk assessments and meetings to address concerns and opportunities.
  • Provide strategic guidance on system upgrades, energy initiatives, and smart technology integration.
  • Work Monday to Friday with hybrid working arrangements.
Background Required:
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Building Management Systems (preferably platforms like Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, or Honeywell).
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC control systems, energy management, and building automation principles.
  • Experience interpreting technical specs and producing system designs or proposals.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., HND/HNC, engineering degree, BMS certifications) are advantageous.
