Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 Basic + Training + Technical Progression + Pension + Package + Commission

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to join their high-performing team. You will act as the key liaison between the company and its clients, managing relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring solutions align with clients’ performance, sustainability, and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, providing personalized solutions to meet client needs.
  • Understand clients’ objectives for their contracts and buildings, ensuring service alignment.
  • Lead risk assessments and meetings to address concerns and identify opportunities.
  • Provide strategic guidance on system upgrades, energy-saving initiatives, and integration with smart technologies.
  • Work Monday to Friday with hybrid working arrangements.
Background Requirements
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Building Management Systems (preferably with platforms like Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, or Honeywell).
  • Strong understanding of HVAC control systems, energy management, and building automation principles.
  • Experience interpreting technical specifications and producing system designs or proposals.
  • Relevant qualifications (HND/HNC, engineering degree, BMS certifications) are advantageous.
