About the Team
BMI Advisory is a small, collaborative, fast growing and highly visible team currently spanning our London and Mumbai locations. The team provides custom research solutions to Fitch Solution’s new business and client audiences. In the team, you will have:

How You’ll Make an Impact:
Originate, close deals and exceed revenue targets
Ensure a steady stream of leads by driving engagement with sales teams where you promote and educate on the capabilities of BMI's Advisory services.
Design and implement creative and effective advisory solutions based on specific client needs.
Meet and exceed sales targets through active participation in client meetings, engaging with commercial teams and by crafting compelling proposals.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to integrate insights and expertise from across Fitch Solutions in solution development.
Provide mentorship and support to other commercial and delivery roles, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
Innovate in developing research methodologies and solutions that offer unique value to clients.
Engage with clients both virtually and in-person to present advisory solutions and gather feedback.
Ensure effective handovers to the delivery and research teams as well as provide limited ad-hoc support to live projects as needed.
You May be a Good Fit if
A track record of exceeding sales targets.
Minimum of 5 years of custom research and analysis experience, including solution design.
Exceptional communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems using critical, rational, and creative thinking.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.

Interest, experience or qualifications in finance, sustainability, econometrics, country risk or macroeconomics.
