Job summary

BM Caterers is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the kitchen operation and help deliver exceptional food every day. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef, lead by example, and bring creativity, consistency and energy to the team.

You’ll be responsible for supporting day-to-day running, ensuring quality within budget and service targets, contributing to menu planning, maintaining HACCP standards and mentoring junior staff. This is a hands-on role in a busy Canary Wharf kitchen.

• Experience in a similar chef role
• Passion for food and continuous improvement
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Ability to support and develop others
• Strong food safety and kitchen knowledge
