Job summary

BM Caterers in Canary Wharf is seeking an experienced Head Barista to lead our coffee offer and deliver an outstanding customer experience from first cup to last. You will oversee the coffee bar, ensure top-quality beverages, and mentor the team in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The role emphasizes developing others, maintaining a pristine service area, handling tills, and contributing to daily operations with passion for coffee and guest satisfaction.
