Join Lloyds Banking Group's Business & Commercial Banking division as an RPA Developer! Drive innovation through designing and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. Collaborate with teams to detail processes, develop workflows, and support deployment and post-deployment activities. Make a significant impact by leading solution design, configuration, governance, deployment, and support.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead RPA solution and process design, collaborating with Business Process Experts.
• Configure processes and objects efficiently following the RPA Delivery Framework.
• Assist with change impact assessments and follow change control practices.
• Manage project risks within planning constraints.
• Create technical documentation supporting design and delivery.
• Diagnose, resolve, and manage issues impacting robotic performance.

What You Need:

• Experience as a BluePrism RPA Developer with relevant certifications or automation experience.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement and Customer Journey redesign.
• Familiarity with Agile and project management practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to create detailed technical documents and process maps.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Useful Additional Experiences:

• Programming skills in Python, Java, or scripting languages; proficiency in Excel, VBA, HTML.
• Experience with BluePrism, Power Automate, UiPath, and AI tools like Google Tesseract.
• Knowledge of project delivery methodologies and desktop infrastructure.
