Job summary

DCV Technologies seeks an experienced Blue Yonder WMS Developer to join a large-scale transformation programme near Coventry. You will design, develop and customise solutions within Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS, including Oracle PL/SQL development, integration with external systems and optimisation of warehouse management processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of retail and logistics domain required.
• Strong Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS knowledge.
• Strong Oracle PL/SQL development background.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and database management.
• Experience with logistics and supply-chain applications.
• Knowledge of Manhattan/PKMS WMS applications.
• Knowledge of Gitbash and Unix Shell Scripting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and customise solutions within Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS.
• Develop packages and procedures using Oracle PL/SQL.
• Work with Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS and Manhattan/PKMS WMS applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate WMS solutions with existing IT infrastructure and warehouse environments.
• Gather, define and prioritise requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders and Product Owners.
• Review and maintain code using GitHub.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and minimise system downtime.
• Support system upgrades, patches and performance tuning.
• Support QA, UAT and deployment activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide user training where required.
