Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group is seeking an experienced Blowing Engineer for a full-time, permanent role in Tenbury Wells. You will maintain and optimise blow moulding machinery, support production targets, and uphold GMP and health & safety standards.

The role requires a strong mechanical background, an apprenticeship, and proficiency with PLCs and electrical fault-finding. The position offers a competitive salary (£40,000 - £43,000 DOE) on a continental shift pattern (12-hour shifts: 2 days, 2

Qualifications

• Experience with blow moulding machinery and equipment.
• Strong mechanical engineering background with recognised apprenticeship.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical faults.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain blow moulding machines.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Set up and operate downstream equipment (airveyors, laners, robots).
• Complete Asset Care and Condition Monitoring tasks.
• Ensure GMP and Health & Safety standards are maintained.
• Train and develop colleagues in processing, fault finding and repair.
