Bloomberg Connects-EMEA Onboarding and Relationship Management Lead

Bloomberg Connects is a rapidly growing, free platform that helps museums, galleries, and cultural spaces make their institutions, stories, and dynamic content more engaging to audiences around the world. Launched in 2019, Bloomberg Connects features engaging, multimedia guides with unique content exclusive to each of our cultural institution partners. We believe that technology opens doors, and we created the experience as part of our mission to make art and culture accessible to all—in-person, at-home, and anywhere.

Role Overview:

The Bloomberg Connects team is seeking an EMEA Onboarding and Relationship Management Lead to oversee growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role manages the onboarding of organizations to the app and maintains ongoing relationships once guides are launched. The role collaborates with external consultant partners and internal teams across the US and EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategy & Collaboration: Work with US and APAC leads to enhance our growth strategy and create a standardized approach for engaging cultural organizations.
  2. Onboarding Management: Oversee onboarding partners in EMEA, ensuring they meet recruitment and onboarding targets.
  3. Team Coordination: Conduct regular meetings with team members to monitor progress and troubleshoot issues.
  4. Performance Tracking: Track recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing engagement metrics to ensure efficiency.
  5. Process Optimization: Ensure smooth hand-offs between content, onboarding, and support teams, and prevent data loss.
  6. Onboarding Execution: Launch over 200 guides in EMEA in 2025, develop schedules, update materials, and lead orientation sessions.
  7. Content & Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with live organizations, encourage content enhancements, and promote platform features.
  8. Quality & Improvement: Collaborate with US teams to ensure consistent service quality and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong project coordination and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of customer support best practices
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Resourceful, proactive, and customer-oriented
  • Working knowledge of Slack, Asana, WordPress, or similar CMS
  • Experience with cultural institutions is a plus
  • Passion for the arts and commitment to Bloomberg Philanthropies' mission
