Placements24 is seeking a strategic Blockchain Product Manager to lead the development of crypto and blockchain products. You will define vision, strategy, and roadmap, collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing to bring cutting-edge solutions to market.

The role requires 5+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in blockchain/crypto. Excellent communication, leadership, and a strong understanding of blockchain tech and agile delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• MBA is a plus for strategic product leadership.
• 5+ years in product management with 3+ years in blockchain/crypto.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain tech, smart contracts and crypto ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy and roadmap for blockchain products.
• Conduct market, competitive and user research to identify opportunities.
• Write product requirements, user stories and specifications for engineering.
• Prioritize features and manage the product backlog effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the product lifecycle.
• Launch products, analyze performance and iterate based on data.
