Due to continuous growth, we are looking for an experienced Facility Manager/Property Manager/Block Manager, with good people skills, who wants to develop a career in Block Management.

The Block Management Department efficiently manages approximately 90 Blocks. In addition to the Head of Block Management, it employs 3 Block Managers and 2 Block Management Accounts Assistants.
The Role:
As a Block Manager, you will manage your own portfolio, responding to Freeholders and Leaseholders needs, while ensuring all blocks meet the legal requirement. You will also be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the 13 Martyn Gerrard offices. You will work together as a team with the other Block Managers and will receive all the support you need to grow and develop.
