Job summary

Cobalt is recruiting a Head of Block Management to lead a team responsible for a portfolio of residential developments in North and West London. The role offers direct access to senior leadership and a focus on service delivery and process improvement.

Ideal candidates will have extensive block management experience, strong client relations skills and a formal qualification (ATPI/MTPI or equivalent). Hybrid working with site visits is available.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of residential block management and leasehold legislation.
• Experience supervising or developing a team.
• Proven track record of delivering service excellence.
• ATPI or MTPI qualification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of residential property managers.
• Oversee a portfolio of blocks across North and West London.
• Improve operational systems, reporting and service delivery.
• Maintain relationships with freeholders, developers and resident management companies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Support senior leadership with strategic improvements.
