Shifts: Monday to Thursday 6am – 4pm

Job Description:
As a Blender Operator, you will be responsible for operating industrial blending machines to mix ingredients according to precise recipes and production standards. This role plays a vital part in ensuring product consistency, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor blending machines and equipment
  • Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to production instructions
  • Ensure proper blending of products based on recipes and batch records
  • Maintain accurate records of batches and production logs
  • Clean and sanitize blending equipment and work areas according to food safety standards
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and quality control staff

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a food manufacturing or blending environment preferred
  • Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a physically active role (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
  • Basic math and measuring skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work in a factory environment with varying temperatures
