Blended Learning Officer GM Police #0009BE621

The specific skills required for this role include:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Captivate and experience with Adobe Photoshop.
  • An aptitude for using unfamiliar e-learning software such as voice synthesis software.

The responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining contact with the Branch’s customers and users to ensure continuous improvement in cost, quality, productivity, and service delivery.
  2. Communicating effectively with customers and suppliers, analyzing, planning, designing, and reviewing blended learning solutions.
  3. Developing innovative solutions for developing and delivering learning, and effectively communicating technology-assisted learning.
  4. Monitoring and continually improving the efficiency of training delivery, including deployment of trainers, support functions, and administration.
  5. Validating and evaluating the use of technology-assisted learning to ensure continued efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Ensuring the branch maintains the required technology and resources at the correct standards.
  7. Supporting the sub-domain (GMP area) of the nCalt eLearning system by maintaining documentation, registration, procedures, and data quality.
  8. Taking personal responsibility for the safe storage and transit of equipment and materials when working remotely.
  9. Carrying out help desk duties for the nCalt eLearning help lines.
  10. Participating in continuous knowledge and skill development.
  11. Working in other areas of the Learning Services team as directed by the team leader or Senior Leadership Team.
