What you will be doing

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced BIT Project Management Officer to join our Battery Cathode Materials(BCM) Global Business IT & Digitalization team. The successful candidate will lead our Project Management Office (PMO), supporting the successful delivery of digitalization initiatives and IT projects across our global footprint.

Key Responsibilities

  • BCM Business IT & Digitalization PMO:Improve the PMO organization, define project governance, ensure resource allocation, coach project managers, and act as Platform owner of the Project and Portfolio Management Tool.
  • Change Management and Monthly Portfolio KPI Reporting:Ensure project management standards, support project managers, conduct monthly KPI and portfolio meetings.
  • Team Management:Provide direction and leadership, assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
  • Budget Management:Develop and manage the annual budget, create financial forecasts, monitor expenses, and prepare financial reports.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Education: Master’s degree in IT/Business Economics or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a similar role, with experience in project management (AGILE or PRINCE2 methodologies preferred). PMP certification is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in English, and experience with financial management and change management.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong communicator, proactive, team player, stress resilience, and agile mindset.
