Qualifications

• Experience in loss adjusting or building surveying preferred.
• Degree in Building Surveying (BSc Hons).
• MCIOB or MRICS desirable, not essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting, defects diagnosis, and technical assessments.
• Prepare Schedule of Works and Tender documents.
• Administer contracts and manage projects.
• Coordinate with QS, Engineers and Architects as needed.
• Demonstrate empathy for clients after loss and meet deadlines.
• Manage workload and make decisions under pressure.
